He started the show after years of watching the sharpest conversations in the community happen everywhere except on a platform that belonged to us. The format has stayed deliberately simple ever since: a real topic, a guest with something at stake, and an open phone line. No script, and no panel of strangers explaining us to ourselves.
Every Thursday he hands the mic to someone who has something worth hearing — then lets the community finish the conversation.
